GTP provides fully characterized proteins up to 100 grams scale.

Capabilities

Microbial cell culture:

  • organisms: E. coli, L. lactis, S. cerevisiae, P. pastoris
  • scale: 20L, 50L, 300L fermentors

Animal cell culture:

  • organisms: mammalian cells (CHO derived cell lines, BHK, HEK293 derived cell lines, SP2...), insect cells (Sf9, High 5, S2)
  • scale: 5L, 10L, 25L, 50L (Wave bioreactors)

Purification:

  • scale: quantities up to 100 grams
  • systems: 30L/h gradient chromatography skid BioProcess (GE Healthcare) – Cross-flow filtration skids up to 68L/min (membranes and/or hollow fiber, Millipore and GE Healthcare)
