Purification

Through 10 years experience working on over 400 hundred different and often challenging proteins, GTP has developed strong skills in protein purification.
We have successfully purified recombinant proteins from cell pastes (soluble or membrane proteins) and media, from various sources (bacteria, yeast, insect or mammalian cells), with and without the use of purification tags.

Depending on the customer's requirements, we either develop de novo protocols or follow protocols specified by the client or obtained in the literature. The biochemical expertise of our team, permits the development of sophisticated and reproducible processes with optimized performance in terms of purity and yield.
