Obtaining the gene of interest

> Gene cloning. We can isolate and clone a gene from genomic DNA, cells, tissues  ....

> Gene synthesis. We can synthetise your gene if  the gene expression source is difficult to access, if you need gene sequence optimization for protein production (gene synthesis allows codon optimization), if you want to design your own sequence.

Modifying the gene of interest

We modify your gene of interest by troncation, single point mutation,....

Vector construction

We customise your vector depending on your applications :  addition of tags, promoter exchange, tag removal sequence,…
